Dynamics of work in the 16-18 buildings of the residential complex «Symvol» in Moscow in May

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies is rapidly implementing the construction of a new Residential complex «Symvol» in Moscow.

Building 16:

• we continue work on the finishing of the MOP;
• we have dismantled the lift and are completing the facade of the high-rise part;
• landscaping the yard area;
• we finish the entrance group according to the design project;
• we make individual tests of the object's life support systems;
• completed the installation of fencing on the roof;
• we carry out commissioning of elevators.

Building 17:

The installation of elevators has been completed and commissioning is underway!

We continue:

• work on the finishing of the MOP;
• dismantling of facade scaffolding;
• installation of fiber cement panel and facade lighting;
• landscaping of the yard territory;
• work on the installation of checkpoints and arches.

Building 18:

• we continue work on the finishing of the MOP;
• work is underway on the finishing of apartments;
• we have dismantled the lift and are completing the facade of the high-rise part;
• we finish the entrance group according to the design project;
• landscaping of the yard territory;
• we make individual tests of the object's life support systems;
• completed the installation of fencing on the roof;
• we carry out commissioning of elevators.

Individual tests of the object's life support systems are carried out.

The customer of the project is LLC «Donstroy».
