Construction dynamics of 16-18 buildings of the Simvol Residential Complex in December
The general contractor LMS Group of Companies continues the construction of the Boldness quarter of the Simvol Residential Complex in Moscow at a high pace. The facility's readiness for mid-December was 72%.
Waterproofing works are being completed, 96% of the work has been completed. Roofing works are ready for 94%. All finishing works in the 16th, 17th and 18th buildings have been completed by 50%.
In the 16th building, LMS specialists have completed the installation of double-glazed windows. The following works are being actively carried out:
- installation of fiber cement panels;
- landscaping of the yard area (readiness 36%).
In the 17th building, putty work continues in common areas on the 4th-15th floors. The following works have also been completed:
- installation of double-glazed windows;
- floor screed, plastering work on stairs and corridors on floors;
- waterproofing of the roof.
In the 18th building, roofing works are 95% completed. LMS specialists install stained glass structures on the 1st and 2nd floors.
The customer of the project is Donstroy LLC.
