Dynamics of construction of the 5th quarter of the residential complex «Ostrov» in July
The General Contractor LMS Group of Companies at a high pace continues the construction of the fifth quarter of the Residential complex «Ostrov» (building 1-8) in Moscow with a two-level underground parking lot.
Builders are completing roofing work - 92% have been completed. Heating systems have been installed by 70%, water supply by 95%, ventilation by 81% and air conditioning by 85%. The installation of sewerage and sanitation has been completed by 97%.
A vertical transport has been installed for the facade with composite panels, which currently accounts for 65% of the total volume. The installation of translucent structures was 57%.
The general contractor completed the in-house electrical work by 52%, the installation of low-current systems by 53%.
Finishing works are underway – 44% have been completed. Landscaping of the interior of the facility has begun.
A total of 1,374 professional workers, not including engineers, are involved at the site.
The customer of the project is Donstroy LLC.
