Dynamics of the construction of the «Kuzminki» mall in Moscow

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies continues to implement the new Multifunctional complex Kuzminki in Moscow at a high pace.

The progress of work at the facility exceeded 17%. Monolithic works were carried out in the volume of 17,400 m³. Waterproofing of monolithic structures is ready on an area of 15,520 m².

LMS specialists have already completed concreting of the floor slab and vertical structures of the first floor of the 3rd block, concreting of columns and floor slabs of the second floor of the 2nd block.

At the moment, the following works are continuing at the site:

• the device of vertical and horizontal pasting waterproofing;
• the device of concrete preparation and cement-sand screed under the foundation plate of the 1st block;
• installation of the foundation plate of the 1st block;
• installation of the formwork of the floor slabs of the second floor, third and fourth floors;
• reinforcement and concreting of the floor slabs of the second floor of the 3rd block and the third floor of the 2nd block;
• reinforcement and concreting of vertical structures of the second and third floors.

The facility employs 393 specialists, including IT specialists.

The customer of the project is AStrade Group LLC.
