Dynamics of construction of the new Magadan AVC in March

The general contractor, LMS Group of Companies, is rapidly building a new airport complex at Magadan International Airport.

At the moment, general construction works are being carried out at the facility:

• Monolithic works are 100% completed.
• The installation of metal structures is 99% complete.
• The installation of half-timbered metal structures is 82% complete.
• Profiled flooring is 87% complete.
• Installation of a soft roof is completed by 10%.
• Installation of sandwich panels is completed by 23%.

Electromechanical work is carried out on the networks at the facility:

• Installation of electric trays is completed by 27%.
• The automatic fire extinguishing system is 20% complete.
• The duct system is 38% complete.
• The water supply and sewerage system is 11% complete.
• The heating system is 29% complete.

Finishing and facade works are being carried out:

• Finishing works are completed by 15%.
• Partitions made of wall blocks by 75%.
• Partitions according to the Knauf system by 25%.
• Facade work is 35% completed.

There are 425 specialists involved at the site, including engineering and technical staff. Large construction equipment is working.
