Dynamics of the construction of a new AVK Mineralnye Vody in August
The general contractor LMS Group of Companies is proceeding at a high pace the construction of a new airport terminal complex for domestic air lines of the Mineralnye Vody International Airport.
Builders are installing translucent exterior facades, and installing curved frames made of high-strength aluminum alloy with tempered laminated glass glazing. A volume of 4000 m2 was completed. Roof installation works are also being carried out.
The general contractor has installed all escalators, and work is underway to install elevators.
The installation of screeds and concrete floors has been fully completed at the facility.
The interior decoration of public and technical areas on airport is being carried out:
- laying of wall tiles and floor porcelain stoneware, as well as laying slabs of curlite, which is gaining popularity today;
- the plastering of the interior surfaces is being completed;
- work is underway to putty and paint the walls;
- work has begun on the installation of a glass fence.
Work on the installation of internal engineering systems is in full swing:
- installation of automatic fire extinguishing systems is being completed;
- work continues on the installation of heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, as well as the laying of pipes for heating systems.
Work is underway on the installation of internal electrical systems, perforated trays, cables, lamps, transformers and other equipment.
The installation of a block-modular boiler house has been completed, equipment has been installed, commissioning is being carried out, and preparations for the heating season are underway.
The construction of buildings and structures has been fully completed:
- ZSGO (bomb shelter);
- Fire tanks; Pumping station;
- Rain runoff VOC;
- KNS of rain runoff;
- Rainwater runoff reservoir.
Builders are working on the landscaping of the territory: laying asphalt, installing curbs and street lighting.
There are 525 specialists working at the facility. 40 units of special equipment are also involved.
