Dynamics of construction of a new building of the Perm Art Gallery

Specialists of the general contractor of the LMS Group of Companies are building a new building of the Perm State Art Gallery at a high pace.
The overall progress of construction and installation works at the facility is 63% in September.
To date, the following works are being carried out at the facility:
- Facade works are performed on 61%
- Roofing works have been completed by 72%
- Plastering works for 98%
- The screed is 99% completed
- Plasterboard works have been completed by 62%
Infrastructure works have been completed by 65%: workers are installing household and storm sewers, installing outdoor water supply systems, as well as heating networks.
The number of specialists at the facility is 435 people.
