Construction dynamics of the fifth quarter of Ostrov Residential Complex in Moscow in October
Construction of the fifth quarter of Ostrov Project (1-8 buildings) in Moscow for client Donstroy continues. Specialists of LMS Group, the general contractor, assembled 855 tons of steel structures at the site. More than 7 350 m3 of concrete mixture were used for monolithic works.
On the territory of the underground parking of Ostrov Residential Complex the installation of floor slabs and -1-storey vertical structures is going on. From the first to the fourth building, works are being carried out on the -2nd floor, the installation of vertical structures is going on. In buildings #5 and #6 the arrangement of underlayment layers of the foundation is in progress, and in building #8 the reinforcement of the basement slab is in progress.
For the construction 730 specialists, including engineering personnel, were involved. Eight tower cranes were installed on the site. Large construction vehicles are used on the site, there are truck cranes, excavators, dump trucks, loaders, concrete pumps and a water carrier.
