Dynamics of construction of the fifth quarter of the residential complex «Ostrov» in Moscow in August
The LMS Group of Companies, the general contractor, continues the construction of the fifth quarter of the Ostrov Residential Complex (Building 1-8) in Moscow at a high pace.
The builders have successfully completed the monolithic structures of the underground part. Monolithic works have been completed in the following buildings: 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8.
At the site, work is currently underway in the following areas:
- Monolithic structures — 99% completed.
- The installation of external walls continues — 54% completed.
- The construction of internal walls continues — 31% completed.
Finishing works are continuing in the buildings. Facades, engineering systems and waterproofing of the stylobate roof are also being installed.
There are 1,091 workers working at the construction site, including engineers.
The customer of the project is LLC «Donstroy».
