Dynamics of construction of the fifth quarter of the residential complex «Ostrov» in July
The LMS Group of Companies, the general contractor, continues the construction of the fifth quarter of the Ostrov Residential Complex (buildings 1-8) in Moscow at a high pace.
The builders have successfully completed the monolithic structures of the underground part. Monolithic works of buildings 1 and 2 have been completely completed.
Work is underway in the following areas:
- Monolithic structures — 95% completed.
- The installation of external walls continues — 46% has been completed.
- The construction of internal walls continues — 23% has been completed.
Finishing works are continuing in the buildings. Facades and engineering systems are also being installed.
The construction site employs 1,355 workers, including engineers.
The customer of the project is LLC «Donstroy».
