Dynamics of construction of the fifth quarter of the residential complex «Ostrov» in Moscow in May

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies continues the construction of the fifth quarter of the Residential complex «Ostrov» (1-8 buildings) in Moscow at a high pace.
The builders have successfully completed the monolithic structures of the underground part.
Work is underway in the following areas:
- Monolithic structures — 82% completed.
- The installation of external walls continues — 24% has been completed.
Finishing works are continuing in the buildings. Facades and engineering systems are also being installed.
The construction site employs 1,375 workers, including engineers.
The customer of the project is LLC «Donstroy».
