Dynamics of construction of the residential complex «Ostrov» in Moscow
The LMS Group of Companies, the general contractor, continues to build the fifth quarter of the Ostrov Residential Complex (Building 1-8) in Moscow with a two-level underground parking at a high pace.
The installation of the main monolithic structures of the above-ground part of the buildings has been completed.
Work is underway on the installation of:
- exterior walls made of aerated concrete blocks — 99% (+ 9%) completed;
- interior walls made of aerated concrete blocks — 99% (+ 9%) completed;
- facades — 34% completed (+ 8%);
- translucent structures — 5% (+ 1%) completed;
- internal engineering systems — 23% (+ 1%) completed;
- roofs — 74% completed (+ 2%).
The interior decoration of the buildings continues — 25% (+ 1%) has been completed.
In total, 915 professional workers, including engineers, and 12 pieces of equipment are involved at the site.
The customer of the project is Donstroy LLC.
