Dynamics of construction of the residential complex «Ostrov» in Moscow in February

LMS Group of Companies continues construction of the fifth quarter of the Residential complex «Ostrov» (1-8 buildings) in Moscow at a high pace.
In total, during the construction, LMS specialists laid a concrete mixture in the amount of 32,228 m3, used more than 4,000 tons of reinforcement at the facility.
The following works are performed:
- In building No. 1 at +23.300 – the installation of the floor slab has been completed, the installation of vertical structures continues
- In b at +13.400 – the installation of the floor slab has been completed, the installation of vertical structures continues.
- In building No. 3 at +6.800 – the installation of the floor slab is completed, the installation of vertical structures continues.
- In building No. 4, the installation of the floor slab continues at +6.800, the installation of vertical structures continues at +4.900.
- In building No. 5, the installation of the floor slab continues at -0.100, and the installation of vertical structures continues at -5.800.
- In building No. 6 at -5,800 – the installation of the floor slab has been completed, the installation of vertical structures continues.
- In building No. 7, the installation of the floor slab has been completed at +4,900, and the installation of the floor plate continues at +6,800.
- In building No. 8, the installation of the floor plate continues at +4,900, the installation of vertical structures is completed at -0,100.
- In the parking lot, the installation of the floor plate of -2 and -1 floors continues, the installation of vertical structures continues.
The construction of the facility is carried out in 2 shifts, the general contractor has attracted 848 specialists, including IT specialists.
The customer of the project is LLC «Donstroy».
