Dynamics of construction of the residential complex «Symvol» in Moscow in June
General Contractor LMS Group of Companies is completing the construction of a new Residential complex «Symvol» (Building 16, 17 and 18) in Moscow.
Facade works are 99% completed, including the stylobate part. Electrical work is 98% done, and mechanical work is 95% done. Commissioning of technological equipment is being carried out.
Finishing works are generally 90% completed. Three buildings are connected to the permanent power supply of the city network. The work in the underground parking is 96% completed.
Landscaping of the territory is being actively carried out – 94% completed. The general contractor shall promptly eliminate the last comments in order to obtain a conclusion on the completion of construction.
The customer of the project is LLC «Donstroy».
