Construction dynamics of the residential complex Simvol in January 2022

The implementation of all our objects continued in accordance with the approved work schedules, even on New Year's holidays. Therefore, we are returning with the latest news about the construction of 16-18 buildings of the future Simvol Residential Complex in Moscow.

• The specialists of the general contractor LMS have completed the pioneering part of the reinforced concrete works on the territory of the future sports and recreation complex (FOC) between the 18th and 17th buildings of the Residential Complex Simvol. On the ground floor of the complex, work continues on the installation of vertical structures.
• The installation of vertical structures and floor slabs at the level of the first floor continues on 16 building.
• Vertical structures continue to be installed at the level of 3-4 floors on 17 building.
• On site of the building 18, the installation of vertical structures and floor slabs on the technical floors (from the 2nd to the 3rd floors) is also underway.
• On the territory of three buildings of the Residential Complex Simvol, brick walls are being erected and ventilation is being installed below the zero mark. The builders started assembling aerated concrete partitions at the ground floor level at the site of the stylobate,
