LMS Group: construction of the «Point of the Future» in Zhatai is on schedule

The General Contractor LMS Group of Companies is proceeding at a high pace the construction of a new «Educational complex «Point of the Future» in GO «Zhatai» of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)».

Last week, the head of the republic, Aisen Nikolaev, got acquainted with the construction of the educational complex «Point of the Future». 

As a result, he noted: «Construction is strictly on schedule. A lot of work is going to be done this year. I am sure that next year, one of the best complexes in terms of equipment and quality of education, not only in the republic, but also in the country, will be put into operation. This will be a big step forward for the quality of education in our republic as a whole,» said Aisen Nikolaev.

Monolithic works have been completed at the facility, the thermal circuit in three buildings has been closed, and the facade of the buildings has been insulated. The installation of engineering systems in buildings has begun ahead of schedule. The general contractor for the construction of the facility plans to attract additional forces in order to speed up the work.

The cluster is being created under an agreement signed in 2021 by the Head of Yakutia, Aisen Nikolaev, and the founder of the Novy Dom Charitable Foundation, Albert Avdolyan.

The Point of the Future educational complex consists of 7 school buildings with a total area of 32,711 square meters, including a kindergarten with 200 places, primary schools (grades 1-6) 360-seat secondary school (grades 7-11) with 480 seats, a sports block with a swimming pool, gym and rhythmic gymnastics hall. The school buildings are united by a common roof and together form a perimeter structure in the form of a circle with an open courtyard. The buildings are connected by warm walkways.

The facility includes an apartment building consisting of two sections and a transport terminal with parking for 249 cars. Access to the buildings of the apartment building and the terminal from the school buildings is also organized through passageways.

Playgrounds for a kindergarten, sports grounds for various purposes, including a football field with bleachers and all required engineering infrastructure facilities, have been designed on the territory.
