LMS Group won the tender for the construction of an educational complex in Yakutia
The Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Disabled Children, Orphans and Seriously «Novy Dom» has chosen a general contractor - the LMS Group of Companies for the construction of the «Point of the Future Educational Complex in the Zhatai GO of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)».
The educational complex is designed for 1000 students. This is a large-scale project of the foundation, which continues the educational concept of the previously built complex in Irkutsk. The main mission of the complex is to help the younger generation to gain a successful social start based on effective technology of life choice in inclusive education and the application of an individual approach to each child.
The plot area is 263,397 m2. The preliminary area of the object is 51,000 m2.
The general contractor will perform construction and installation works of the following turnkey facilities:
- The main building of the Educational Complex (7 buildings)
- Apartment building for teachers and foster families
- Heated parking with a transport terminal
- Sports, infrastructure and engineering facilities
The technical customer is «DBC» LLC. The general designer is STB Project LLC.
