The head of Rostech checked the progress of the construction of the «Point of the Future» in Yakutia

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies is rapidly building a new «Point of the Future» Educational Complex in the Zhatai GO of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

The scale and conditions of construction are impressive: the builders have closed the main buildings with a thermal circuit. Work is currently underway to install engineering systems and insulate facades.

The progress of the facility's construction was inspected by the head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Aisen Nikolaev, the head of Rostec, Sergey Chemezov, and the project customer, the founder of the Novy Dom Charitable Foundation Albert Avdolyan. The tour was conducted by the project manager Serkan Еrarslan to the distinguished guests.

«The largest educational facility is under construction, which is fully funded by non-governmental funds. For our part, we are helping with the construction of roads and technological connections. The project is unique: the total area of the facility will be almost 60 thousand square meters. There will be a kindergarten for 200 children, separate buildings for elementary and secondary schools, gyms and parking lots. The complex will start functioning on September 1, 2026,» said Aisen Nikolaev.
