The readiness of Kuzminki Mall at the end of June was 43%
The general contractor LMS Group of Companies continues the construction of a new Multifunctional complex Kuzminki in Moscow at a high pace.
By the beginning of July, the readiness of the facility was 43%. Waterproofing of monolithic structures and installation of wall sandwich panels are carried out in full. Monolithic works are 98% completed. Installation of aerated concrete partitions – in the amount of 18,000 m2, internal and external engineering systems – 30%, facade work – 35%. Builders have started finishing works – 7% have been completed.
Laying of aerated concrete partitions and installation of internal engineering systems continues on the construction site: laying of air ducts and pipelines, laying of cable systems. Lightning protection of building structures is being installed.
Finishing works are continuing: screed floors, plaster and putty walls of the underground, first, second and third floors of the building. The installation of the external networks of the building and the screed of the roof is underway.
Large construction equipment is working at the facility, 831 specialists are employed.
The customer of the project is AStrade Group LLC.
