The governor of the Magadan region inspected the construction of a new terminal
Sergey Nosov inspected the construction site of the new terminal of the Magadan airport. The governor personally monitored the progress of construction and made sure that the work was on schedule and with proper quality. He was accompanied by the head of the LMS project Ilkhan Musa Ozkoch.
The builders of the general contractor made a pit for a stormwater tank, its depth reaches the height of a five-story house. Reinforcement and concrete works have begun. In parallel, they continue to prepare a pit for the terminal building, readiness is 90%.
The building for the new AVC should be commissioned in December 2024. Its capacity will be about 800 passengers per hour. The new terminal will be equipped with two telescopic ladders and an automatic baggage handling system. The construction will be carried out without changing the airport's operating regulations and flight schedules.
