iMAll Esplanada put into operation
Today, iMALL Esplanada in Perm received the Act of commissioning of the object with all permits for the opening of the shopping center.
The first phase of construction included the construction of a shopping and entertainment center with a nine-screen movie theater and an amusement park for children, a fashion gallery, a restaurant area, and a parking lot for 530 cars. A parking lot for 1,200 cars is planned to be opened during all phases of the project construction.

September 2020
The general contractor's specialists were performing monolithic works of the zero cycle, 45% completed. Brickwork has begun.
October 2020
Presented a 3D model and BIM model of iMAll Esplanada.
Works on the construction of the underground parking were carried out.
November 2020
88% of the work on the walls, reinforcement, formwork and slab monolithic construction at the 5.750-meter mark was completed. Construction was performed at 11.6 m and 17.9 m for the second and third floors of the multifunctional center.
December 2020
The installation of steel structures at the site was started.
February 2021
Monolithic works are completed by 93%: monolithic slabs are almost fully installed (94%) and vertical structures - columns and walls on the first-fourth floors (85%).
Steelwork assembly works were in progress: superstructures, roof trusses, beams and roof trusses. Specialists continued to install brick partitions, heating and ventilation systems, and insulation.
April 2021
The heating system was half done, the sewer and water systems were one-third done. The concrete work was fully completed. At the + 30.00 mark, the monolithic beams for the steelwork were installed.
More than two-thirds of the steelwork at the three major work areas was installed. The metal staircases were fully installed. The specialists continued the installation of the sandwich panels and the roof profiled sheeting.
The general contractor's specialists continued mechanical and electrical work on the project. The heating system was half finished. The water supply and sewerage systems were almost one third completed, the ventilation system was 42% ready.
May 2021
The general contractor has completed the monolithic work on the building. From ground level it is 4 floors up and 3 floors down. The façade of the building was covered with sandwich panels at 20%.
June 2021
LMS specialists continued decorating the facade of the iMAll Esplanade building: sandwich panel installation work was half done. Mechanical work was 90% complete and the electrical system was more than 50% complete.
July 2021
1,104 tons of steel structures were installed. 95% completion rate.
Mounting of the coverings and facings of the building was finished (99%). The installation of the facade sandwich panels was also in progress (95%).
Specialists installed almost half of the 19 elevators.
August 2021
On the construction site, LMS specialists have completed the installation of steel structures of the building (99%). More than 1210 tons of steel structures were installed.
The organization of stable power supply of the premises was actively carried out on the site. For electric cable laying have been used over 121 000 linear meters, readiness of this type of work is 68%. The installation of water supply and indoor sewage pipes and heating systems are 80% complete. 11 out of 19 elevators, 1 escalator and 2 moving walkways were installed at the site.
September 2021
At this stage of works, 100% of all steel structures were installed, the readiness of the roof installation was 100%. The installation of profiled sheeting was 100% complete.
The installation of facade glazing on the area of 2,550 m² was performed, the readiness of the works was 75%. Ventilation system was 88% ready, heating system was 92% ready, cooling system and fire system were 94% ready.
October 2021
The completion of work on the facade glazing was 97%. Finishing work inside the building was performed on an area of 16,793 m². Walls made of aerated concrete blocks were erected on the site of the future cinema halls. The total area of the works was 6,864 m², the works are half completed.
All 19 elevators and 4 moving walkways were installed, as well as 4 escalators out of 14.
Improvement of adjoining territory was completed: asphalt concrete pavement and paving slabs were laid.
November 2021
All works on installation of steel structures, installation of the roof of the building and installation of profiled sheeting are completed on the site. Finishing works: 97% readiness of finishing of public areas. Installation of ventilation system, heating system and cooling system is close to 97% readiness.
December 2021 - January 2022
The process of obtaining compliance of the facility with the requirements of the project documentation to the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision was started. Work was carried out to eliminate the comments.
February 2022
The first phase of construction of the iMAll Esplanada in Perm was completed. According to the results of the final inspection, a conclusion of compliance of the facility with the requirements of the project documentation was obtained.
The object was put into operation on February 16, 2022.
