The Quarter `Smelost` of the Simvol Residential Complex is 50% complete

The specialists of the general contractor of LMS Group continue the complex development of the Quarter 'Smelost' of the Simvol Residential Complex (16, 17 and 18 buildings). The landscaping of the adjacent territory is in active work.

The technical readiness of the facility as of the middle of September was 50%.

The finishing of the corridors and staircases continues in the buildings - a plastering and a floor screed are being done. Apartments in the 2nd section of the 18th building are also being finished. Window constructions are being installed at the 24th floor of 18th building, the 20th floor of 17 and the 19th floor of 16. The installation of stained-glass windows has started.

The laying of exterior walls of aerated concrete blocks has been completed in buildings 17 and 18 and continues in building 16. LMS builders have started installing elevators and laying cables in the buildings.

Outside the installation of ventilated facade systems is in progress. Scaffolding has been completed in buildings 16 and 18, while the works in building 17 are still in progress. The roofing works are carried out in 17 and 18 buildings, stylobate and carpark.

The customer of the project is Don-Stroy Invest JSC.
