LMS started installing fiber panels in 16-18th Buildings of Simvol Residential Complex

The General Contractor LMS Group has completed finishing works in the reference apartment of the 18th building of the Simvol Residential Complex in Moscow.

Plastering work has been completed in the corridors of 17th Building and 18th Building, while in 16th Building on the 25th floor it is still in progress. The screed floor in the first section of three buildings has been completed, the works are being performed in 18th building in the corridors and inside the apartments on the 24th floor. The damping of the flooring is 70% ready on the 2nd floor of the parking lot. The installation of electrical and mechanical works, namely the installation of cable trays and air ducts on the -1nd floor is in progress.

Mounting of the facade subsystems is in progress, the builders began assembling fiberglass panels in three buildings of Simvol Residential Complex. In 18th Building glazing is being assembled, in 16th Building window frames are being installed on the 26th floor.

The roof insulation of the three buildings and the stylobate is in the active phase. The installation of the aluminum exterior frames and the glazing is in progress. LMS specialists continue the improvement of the adjoining territory of the Simvol Residential Complex, as well as the installation of the individual heating substation.
