LMS has started the installation of metal structures of the new Airport in Tyumen

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies is rapidly conducting a phased reconstruction of the existing airport terminal complex of international/domestic air lines of Tyumen International Airport (Roshchino).

Specialists have completely completed the installation of freestanding foundations (100%) and the installation of the basement foundation (100%).

The vertical structures of the basement are 100% installed, the floor slab is fully installed at the level of 0.150, and the brickwork in the basement is also made (100%).

At the moment, the following works are being carried out at the facility:

• 100% of the soil has been developed in the volume of 29,500 m³.
• The device of vertical structures above the -0.150 mark is fully completed.
• 9758 m³ of concrete mix was laid, which is 91% of the total volume.
• The backfill works have been fully completed.
• The device of vertical structures above the + 4,650 mark is 100% completed.
• The installation of the floor slab at the level of + 4 650 is completely completed.
• The installation of the floor slab at the level of + 9.900 is 70% complete.
• In the basement, the floor screed is 90% complete, and on the ground floor – 10%.
• The masonry of the facade aerated concrete blocks of the first floor is 68% completed.
• The masonry of aerated concrete blocks of the first floor is 14% completed, and of the second floor – by 8%.

Work is being carried out on the installation of outdoor networks, as well as electromechanical work is continuing. Builders have started the installation of metal structures.

272 specialists, including IT specialists, are involved at the site.
