LMS continues to build monolithic structures in the Ostrov Residential Complex

LMS Group, the general contractor, continues high-speed construction of the fifth quarter of Ostrov Residential Complex (buildings 1-8) in Moscow. Preparation of the construction site is fully completed. Concrete mixture has been laid in the amount of 15,590 m³, more than 1,550 tons of reinforcement steel has been used.

At the moment the following works are performed on the construction site:

• On the territory of the underground parking the arrangement of floor slabs -2nd and -1st floors and vertical structures -1st floor continues.
• In building No.1 the installation of walls and columns of the -1st floor has been completed. The floor slab of the -1 storey and the vertical structures of the -1 storey are being erected.
• In buildings 2, 3, 4 and 8 the vertical structures of the -1st floor are being assembled and reinforced.
• In buildings 5 and 6, LMS specialists have started works on foundation reinforcement.
• In building №7 the preparation of the basement for the basement slab is in progress.

For the construction 730 specialists, including engineering personnel, were involved.

The customer of the project is Donstroy LLC.
