Today, in our traditional People of LMS section we are introducing you to our Head of the Administrative and HR Department Yusuf Aksoy.

Tell us what you do in LMS company, your area of activity, functions, position.

I am engaged in the management of the administrative and HR department. My responsibilities include not only interaction with government agencies and solving emerging issues in this area, but also the development of the company's HR brand to attract effective and motivated employees, organizing their further training, as well as labor market analytics and monitoring the effectiveness of the entire staff and individual specialists.

Tell us about your experience in previous projects.

Since I have been working at LMS since the company was founded, I have been directly involved in each of the projects done and currently being implemented.


Why are the processes in your business unique?

The uniqueness is in the fact that the final result of the whole project depends on each employee involved. Only the joint coordinated work of the entire team can give a result that the company will be proud of.


Share your successful cases. Do you implement your own developments, technologies that allow you to improve the quality and efficiency of your work?

At the beginning of the implementation of the Arena project in Omsk, we had a need to employ a large number of employees in the shortest possible time. The project was implemented during the coronavirus pandemic, in this regard, we had a shortage of workers at the construction site. But as a result of intensive work and certain events, including the ones at the state level, we managed to mobilize 300 personnel in 2 months and launch the project on time.

My job is related to the recruitment of personnel, whose professionalism affect all work in the company. Therefore, it is very important to provide each facility with highly qualified personnel. At the same time, employees should be motivated and understand what prospects they have in the company.

We keep contact with every employee of our company, and in case of problems, we try to respond promptly.
To date, we use many unique developments and techniques at different stages of work with personnel, which allow us to increase efficiency and employee involvement in the process of creating new facilities.

Over the years, we have created a team of professionals, whose qualifications are constantly maintained at a high level.

The company has also created a personnel pool that allows for mobilization at the peak of the construction of the facility for timely fulfillment of tasks and KPIs.

How do you see the development of your direction in the company? What prospects does the company have, in your opinion?

LMS is currently actively developing. We are launching projects in locations new to us, such as Novy Urengoy, Kaliningrad, Khabarovsk. It should be noted that the number of employees of the company, as a living organism, is constantly changing, and this is due to the implementation of new projects and the opening of new construction sites. In less than a year, the number of employees of the company has grown by 2 times, which indicates that we do not intend to stop there and plan to conquer new peaks. At the moment, the total number of employees in the company is about 3 thousand people, 502 of them are engineers and technicians.

We create a high-quality, comfortable and beautiful space for people to live all over the country. By building in-demand infrastructure facilities, we enrich them with the potential that will be used by many generations of our citizens.
