Projects of LMS: Sherrison-Nord Industrial Park
LMS Group of Companies performs construction of various industrial facilities on the territory in Russia. In the traditional Projects of LMS section we will present you the built warehouse complex of the Sherrison-Nord industrial park in Solnechnogorsky district of Moscow region.
The customer of this project is LLC Sherrison-Nord.
Project Characteristics:
- The built-up area — 56,600 m2.
- The ceiling height — 12 m.
- Column pitch — 12 x 18 m.
- Floor level — 1.2 m.
- Concrete floor with anti-dust coating.
The modern warehouse complex meets the strictest international quality standards. The construction was performed by the experienced general contractor LMS Group using quality materials with the introduction of energy-saving technologies, which was essential to optimize operating costs. The general contract included turnkey construction works, such as supplies, designer's supervision and services for the design and construction of the facility.
Completion dates: March 2015 — August 2015.
