LMS in projects: the A-class Kstovsky Industrial Park

We continue to talk about the types of construction carried out by the LMSch Group of Companies under the heading LMS in Projects using the example of an already implemented project.

Today we will dwell in more detail on the construction of an industrial facility.

The A-class Kstovsky Industrial Park and logistics complex is located in the village of Opalikha, Kstovsky District, Nizhny Novgorod Region.

The customer of the project is Kstovsky Industrial Park 1 LLC.

• The total area of the park is 180,000 m², which includes about 12,000 m² of mezzanine, located on a field of 330,000 m².
• Under the general contract, completed turnkey construction work with the preparation of premises for finishing, including the full scope of electromechanical work.
• 1st stage of construction:
  A-class warehouse - 30,000 m²
  Mezzanine - 2,000 m²
  Checkpoint, control room, office premises, fire and rescue and water pumping stations, asphalting and landscaping of the adjacent territory, parking.
• 2nd stage of construction:
  A-class warehouse - 30,000 m², including refrigeration shops
  Mezzanine - 500 m²
  Asphalting and landscaping of the adjacent territory, parking.

The tenant of this complex is X5 RetailGroup, for which special refrigerating shops with an area of 10,000 m² and premises for food production were built.

Terms of project implementation: 2009-2010 - the first phase, 2011-2012 - the second phase.
