In the traditional Projects of LMS section we are talking about the implementation of the second major commercial project — Maxi Shopping and Entertainment Center in Arkhangelsk.
The project customer was an individual entrepreneur Rozdukhov.
SEC Maxi is located at: 38 Leningradsky Avenue, Arkhangelsk.
The concept of SEC Maxi is a multifunctional center, which houses both retail space leased by local companies and the facilities for family recreation and entertainment. The project includes a large fitness center and a multiple-screen cinema.
Project Characteristics:

- Built-up area: 71,000 m2
- Sales area: 49,200 m2

- Surface parking for 1,200 parking spaces
- Project duration: 2014 — 2015
The General Contractor Contract included turnkey construction and pre-finishing work, including the full range of M&E works.
