Projects of LMS: SEC Maxi in Smolensk
In the traditional Projects of LMS section, we are talking about the implementation of the major commercial project — Maxi Shopping and Entertainment Center in Smolensk.
The General Contractor Contract included turnkey construction and pre-finishing work, including the full range of M&E works. The project was completed in 15 months and was put into operation in strict accordance with the specified deadlines. Also at the end of 2013, the commission of the administrative and technical inspection of Smolensk named the building of
SEC Maxi an exemplary construction project of the city.
