In today's column LMS in projects we will tell you about the housing construction - the Residential Complex Serebryanye Klyuchi in Nizhny Novgorod.
The customer of the project is POR OJSC.
- Building area - 32,000 sq. m.
- 19 floors.
- Total number of apartments - 357.
- One-level underground parking lot for 76 cars.
- Project execution period: May 2007 - August 2009.
Within the framework of general contracting the construction works on a turn-key basis with preparation of premises for finishing works, including full volume of electromechanical works.
The Serebryanye Kluchi residential complex is a 19-storey business class monolithic block of flats located on Timiryazeva Street in the Soviet district of Nizhny Novgorod. The complex comprises 357 apartments of different layouts with area from 40 to 98 sq.m. The infrastructure is represented by an underground parking lot, office and retail premises, as well as a playground.
