LMS completes monolithic construction of the frame of the new Mineralnye Vody Airport
The General Contractor LMS Group of Companies is proceeding at a high pace construction of a new airport terminal complex for domestic air lines of the Mineralnye Vody International Airport.
Monolithic works of the building frame are 96% completed, 21,200 m3 of concrete were used. Work continues on the construction of vertical reinforced concrete structures - columns and walls. Monolithic stairs are 70% complete.
The installation of metal structures is on schedule - 80% of the required volume of metal in the amount of 816 tons has been delivered to the facility.
Work has begun on the roofing of corrugated board. Finishing works are continuing.
- Installation of a partition made of aerated concrete blocks:
The 1st floor is 96% completed (294 m3)
The 2nd floor is 93% completed (502.96 m3)
- The device of partitions made of bricks:
0-floor (basement) 96% completed (82 m3)
1st floor is completed on 81 (53.50 m3)
The 2nd floor is 100% completed (109.75 m3)
- The plastering of the walls is in full swing - 13% has been completed.
- Work has begun on the installation of partitions made of GCLV sheets.
- Work related to mechanics, electrics and outdoor networks is in full swing.
- Finishing works are being carried out in the building of the ZSGO. Monolithic stairs and ramps are being worked on. The external insulation is 90% complete.
There are 723 specialists working at the facility, including IT specialists. 49 units of specialized equipment are involved, including 2 tower cranes.
