LMS completes the installation of stained glass windows in the Industrial Complex in Chernyakhovsk

LMS Group of Companies continues construction, installation and finishing works at a high pace in the Industrial Complex for the production of silicon wafers and photovoltaic converters in the Chernyakhovsk Industrial Park.

More than 5,007 tons of metal structures have been installed at the facility over the entire time. The installation of sandwich panels of internal walls and partitions in buildings is being completed: №2 – 93%, №4 – 98%, №10 – 93%, in the rest, it is 100% completed. The concreting of foundations and walls is 100% complete.

The installation of stained glass windows in building No. 1 is 87% completed, in building No. 2 – 80%. Application of fire-retardant coating in the building №2 – 8%, №10 – 100%, №16 – 99%. Installation of internal and external engineering systems will be carried out.

Interior finishing works are continuing:

• plastering works – 96%;
• putty – more than 54% and painting – more than 36%;
• laying of ceramic tiles – more than 86%.

In the active phase, work is underway to improve the territory. The installation of the curb stone is 88% complete. Installation of the foundation for on–site roads, laying of geotextiles, sand, crushed stone – by 72%, installation of running tracks on the roof - by 81%.

The facility employs 863 people, including ITR. The customer of the project is the ANCHOR plant, which belongs to Unigreen Energy.
