LMS has completed the excavation for the main building of the Perm Gallery

The construction of the Perm State Art Gallery continues on the territory of the sociocultural space Shpagin Factory.

The general contractor, LMS Group of Companies, is concurrently performing dewatering, strengthening and fencing of the excavation, monolithic works, and installation of steel structures.

• The excavation for the main building of the gallery was completed. 46,250 m³ of soil was excavated.
• The earth slopes are being strengthened by jet grouting method, 570 linear meters of strengthening are completed.
• The sheet piling of the excavation from steel pipes is in progress, 915 linear meters are completed.
• Monolithic works are performed in the following scope: foundation of the main building - 2,365 m³, walls - 580 m³, columns - 195 m³, floor slabs - 625 m³. Also there is ready concreting of floor slab on profiled sheet on the area of 1,752 m³.
• The waterproofing of the foundation and walls of the building is in progress.
• On the construction site is actively mounting steel structures, 610 tons of steel frame has been installed.

180 specialists are involved at the construction site, including engineering and technical personnel. At the moment 2 tower cranes are installed on the site, and also large construction equipment is used: roller, excavators, truck crane of 25-ton capacity and a crane-boarding crane.
