A multifunctional center «Esplanada»: more than two-thirds of metal structures are ready

Participant of the 18th International Exhibition and Forum on Commercial Real Estate and Retail Market MAPIC Russia became the MC «Esplanada», the construction of which is carried out by LMS Group of Companies in Perm.

The implementation of the first phase of the Project will take place in December 2021. This is a five-level commercial gallery with an area of more than 40,000 sq.m.

In June, the general contractor continued to install metal coatings (83%) and fabrics (91%) on the site. Work on the installation of the metal structures of stairways (99%) is almost completed. The layout of the worksheet is continuing (37%). In general, 67% of the metal structures are installed at the construction site of the multifunctional centre in Perm.

LMS specialists continue to decorate the facade of the building «Esplanada»: half of the work on the installation of sandwich panels has been done. Mechanical work is 90% complete and more than 50% of the electricity supply is complete.

At present, about 700 specialists are employed at the Perm site.
