The installation of translucent facade structures of the new Magadan Airport was completed by 40%

The General Contractor LMS Group of Companies is proceeding at a high pace construction a new airport complex at Magadan International Airport.

The general construction works have been completed completely. Builders perform electromechanical work. For example, the installation of heating networks is 97% complete, and automatic fire extinguishing systems are 70% complete.

At the same time, finishing works are underway – 60% have been completed.

Facade work on the installation of translucent structures has been completed by 40%.

The facade is made of transparent glazing on all sides, which gives airiness and lightness to the building. The facade glazing structure is designed and manufactured in such a way that the reflection displays a copying pattern of the surrounding climate of the snow-capped and rocky mountains of the region.

The unique solution of the building is the shape of the roof, which embodies the wing of a bird in flight, and the color of the visor panels is the gold deposits of the Magadan region.

472 specialists, including engineering and technical staff, are involved at the site. 22 units of construction equipment are in operation.
