The LMSch Group of Companies has signed an agreement for the purchase of twenty units of trucks and special equipment from Alfa-Leasing in the amount of 166 million rubles for a period of two years. This equipment will be used in the construction of the New Terminal of the MVL Airport in Khabarovsk and the wafer and solar Cell Factory Chernyakhovsk in Kaliningrad region.
As a result of the transaction, the vehicle fleet was replenished with aerial platforms and truck cranes, flatbed trucks, tracked excavators, minibuses, various loaders: mini, telescopic, front-end and excavators. Most of the equipment has already been delivered to the construction sites of the facilities.
Two on-going projects lacked additional equipment, so the LMSch Group of Companies decided to lease a vehicle fleet. The financial partner was the Alfa-Leasing company, which helped to quickly and profitably conclude a deal: find a reliable supplier of trucks and special equipment, agree on special financing conditions and organize the delivery and delivery of vehicles.
«LMS is implementing the construction of large infrastructure and industrial facilities of social importance in Russia. We had an experience of cooperation with Alfa-Leasing for the supply of special equipment for the construction of a new terminal at Novy Urengoy airport, as well as for complex residential development of three buildings of the Symbol residential complex in Moscow. The purchase of 20 new units of large special-purpose trucks will contribute to the implementation of projects in Khabarovsk and the Kaliningrad region with high quality and on time, confirming our reputation as a reliable general contractor to customers,» said Rahim Makhmudov, General Director of the LMS Group of Companies.
Recall that the new passenger terminal of international air lines in Khabarovsk will be able to serve up to 1 million passengers per year, special attention was paid to compliance with the terms of the «Accessible Environment» during the design. The appearance of a new international terminal will support the business activity of the Khabarovsk Territory, increase its investment and tourist attractiveness.
The wafer and solar Cell Factory in the Chernyakhovsk industrial park in the Kaliningrad region will become the largest in Eastern Europe. The new venture will be a powerful incentive for the development of a green economy in Russia.
