The general contractor for the construction of the Shopping Complex Kuzminki has been chosen

The Group of Companies LMS has signed a general contract with AStrade Group LLC for the construction of a new Multifunctional Shopping Complex Kuzminki in Moscow.
The general contractor’s services include carrying out adjustment of design documentation, execution of turnkey construction work including the construction and installation works, and landscaping works.
- Planned number of floors is 5 with underground floor
- Total area of building is 69 000 m2
- Land area is 30 000 m2
- Rentable area is 36 500 m2
The mobilization of the construction site began on the territory of the future complex. Specialists began to dismantle the old buildings.
