Glazing of the facade of the new Roshchino airport in the final phase

The General Contractor LMS Group of Companies is undergoing a phased reconstruction at a high pace the current terminal complex of international/domestic air lines of Tyumen International Airport (Roshchino).

At the moment, 100% completed: installation of metal structures and reinforced concrete works, as well as masonry of aerated concrete blocks of partitions in the basement, masonry of facade aerated concrete blocks of the first floor, masonry of brick partitions on the first floor and masonry of aerated concrete blocks of the first, second and third floors. In the basement, the floor screed is 100% complete.

The builders are completing the work on screed floors on the ground floor, plastering in the basement, on the first and second floors, as well as the installation of partitions from GCL on the first and second floors.

Granite is being installed in the basement (95% completed), as well as on the first, second and third floors. In general, the facade glazing is 94% complete. The glazing of the central facade is 90% complete. Roofing works are completed by 68%.

There are 7 elevators and 6 escalators installed inside the facility. The installation of metal structures of pedestrian crossings is 80% complete. The installation of a wall made of sandwich panels is 100% complete.

Builders are carrying out landscaping work: the layer-by-layer sealing of the pie of the roadway and parking spaces is completed by 65%, and the installation of curbs is completed by 15%.
Electromechanical work is performed, including the installation of electric trays, ventilation, heating, sewerage and low-current systems.
