Specialists of the general contractor of the LMS Group of Companies are rapidly constructing a new building of the Perm State Art Gallery.
In connection with the development of a unique design project of the interior space of the Perm Art Gallery, it was necessary to adjust the design solutions for its full integration and bringing it to building standards.
As a result of the adjustment of the design and estimate documentation, the passage of state expertise was required.
The project documentation for the capital construction object «The Building of the Perm State Art Gallery» received the conclusion of the State Expertise Department of the Perm Region. The object complies with the results of engineering surveys, the requirements of technical regulations and other requirements established by the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation.
The estimated cost of construction corresponds to the investment budget of the facility.
