LMS specialists installed special «greenhouses» in the building of the Perm Gallery

The dynamics of the construction of the Perm State Art Gallery was discussed at a meeting with the general contractor LMS Group of Companies.

In addition to the construction of the frame of the building, LMS specialists are mounting the base of the roofing, in parallel, work is underway on laying the exterior and interior walls of the lower floors of the building. Work has begun on applying a fire-resistant coating to the metal structures of the frame. To carry out such work in winter, special «greenhouses» are installed, in which the structures are warmed up to the desired temperature and the optimal temperature regime is maintained for drying the coating.

In addition, work is underway on the construction site to bring engineering networks and install foundations for historical buildings, the appearance of which will be restored.

The head of the LMS project Engin Ozсan informed the customer about the contract with the supplier of glass for the facade of the future building – it will be produced at the factory in Chelyabinsk. Deliveries are expected in April.
