Construction dynamics of the Ostrov Residential Complex in Moscow in November
The general contractor LMS Group of Companies continues the construction of the fifth quarter of the Residential Complex Ostrov (1-8 buildings) in Moscow at a high pace. The concrete mix was laid in a volume of 20,700 m3, more than 2,300 tons of reinforcement were used.
LMS specialists are finishing the installation of the underlying layers at the facility, 96% is ready. In buildings No. 5, 6, 7, the installation of foundation slabs was completed, the total readiness of these works was 88%.
The installation of monolithic structures of the underground part of all buildings is successfully carried out, readiness — 42%, stylobate — 45%. On the territory of the underground Parking is the installation of floor slabs -2nd and 1st floors and vertical structures -1st floor. In the aboveground part of the buildings, builders continue concreting monolithic structures — floor slabs and vertical structures — walls and columns.
745 specialists, including IT specialists, were involved in the construction.
