Construction dynamics of Residential Complex Simvol in February 

Construction works are carried out on the site of 16-18 buildings of Residential Complex Simvol in Moscow — you can already see the facade of the future buildings of the residential complex.

We are sharing with you the updates for February:

• On the territory of the Sports and Recreation Center, the specialists of the general contractor LMS Group of Companies finished erecting the vertical structures on the first floor level and started installing the floor slabs.
• In the 16th building the builders are erecting the vertical structures and floor slabs on the third floor.
• On the site of the 17th block the builders are also assembling vertical structures and floor slabs of the fifth floor.
• In the 18th block, the installation of the floor slabs is in progress on the sixth floor. The vertical structures of the seventh floor are being partially installed.
• On the territory of all three buildings of Residential Complex Simvol proceeded to the installation of drainage pipes at the level below zero. They are also beginning the installation of the prefabricated monolithic stairs.
• The installation of cable trays and the installation of ventilation ducts continues in the parking lot.
