Construction of 16-18 blocks of Simvol Residential Complex in July

The specialists of LMS Group, the general contractor, continue their work on the construction site of 16th-18th blocks of Simvol Residential Complex in Moscow according to the schedule approved by the customer.

In 18th block:

• The installation of the floor slabs of the 26th floor continues.
• Pouring of the parapets of the top floor is in progress.
• The installation of the walls of aerated concrete blocks on the 22nd floor is in progress.
• Rough finishing work continues in the reference apartments, corridors and on the typical floors. Plastering is being done in the 19th floor corridors and staircases of the 13th floor.
• The windows on the 13th floor are being installed.

In 17th block:

• The installation of the floor slabs of the 21st floor is in progress.
• The installation of the walls of aerated concrete blocks on the 18th floor is continuing.
• Plastering work is continuing in the corridors on the 15th floor and in the stairwell on the 9th floor.
• Windows are being installed on the 12th floor.

In 16th block:

• Vertical construction continues on the 19th floor.
• The installation of the walls from aerated concrete blocks on the 15th floor is in progress.
• Plastering continues in the corridors of the 8th floor.

The insulation of the roof on the stylobate of the Simvol Residential Complex is in the active phase. Works on the improvement of the adjacent territory began. The installation of the individual heating unit has also started.
