The construction of the Mall «Kuzminki» in Moscow was completed on 18%

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies is rapidly implementing the construction of a new Multifunctional mall Kuzminki in Moscow.

At the end of January, the progress of work at the facility was 18%. Monolithic works were carried out in a volume of 20,550 m³. Waterproofing of monolithic structures is ready on an area of 17,850 m².

LMS specialists have already completed the concreting of the floor slab of the third floor of the 2nd block.

The following types of work are continuing at the site:

• installation of vertical and horizontal pasting waterproofing;
• the device of concrete preparation and cement-sand screed under the foundation plate of the 1st block;
• installation of the foundation plate of the 1st block;
• installation of the formwork of the floor slabs of the third and fourth floors;
• reinforcement and concreting of the floor slabs of the second and third floors of the 3rd block;
• reinforcement and concreting of the floor slab of the fourth floor of the 2nd block;
• reinforcement and concreting of vertical structures of the second and third floors.

Large construction equipment is working at the facility, 401 specialists of the general contractor are also employed.
