Construction of the Kuzminki Shopping Mall in active phase

LMS Group, the general contractor of the Kuzminki Multifunctional Shopping Mall in Moscow, continues to work on the zero cycle at the site.
- The ground is being dug up - 50 000 m3 have already been dug up.
- Works on the fence of the pit, horizontal waterproofing and installation of reinforcement for the foundation are in progress.
- For the first decade of September, the concrete preparation of more than 500 m3 is done.
To remind, it is planned to realize a four-storeyed (+ one underground floor) trade center with 69 000 square meters of floor area. The area of the land plot within the fence - 26 600 m2. Customer of the project was AStrade Group LLC.
