The construction of the new building of the Perm Gallery amounted to more than 96%
Specialists of the general contractor of the LMS Group of Companies is being completed the construction of a new building Perm State Art Gallery.
The work is 96% completed. The work on the letters O,N and C is being completed.
Facade and roofing works are 99% completed. The facade glazing is 99% complete, the installation of composite panels is 95% complete.
The finishing works are 93% completed. Work continues on the installation of wooden panels and ceilings. Plastering works have been completed in the remaining three buildings.
Work on the external heating, water supply and sewerage networks has been completed. The internal mechanical work is 98% complete. Installation of ventilation and refrigeration equipment has been completed.
Work continues on testing and commissioning of the systems. The electrical work is 85% complete. Work continues on the installation of power supply systems, lighting, fire extinguishing automation and a set of technical safety equipment.
The landscaping of the territory has been completed by 91%.
