The construction of the new building of the Perm Gallery is more than 93%

Specialists of the general contractor of the LMS Group of Companies at a high pace construct a new building of the Perm State Art Gallery.

The volume of work performed is 93.2%. At the same time, the final work on the letters O, N, C is underway.

Facade and roofing works are 99% completed. Glazing is 99% complete, installation of composite panels is 92% complete. The finishing works are 92% completed. Terrazzo tile laying and wall painting have been completed, and work continues on the installation of wooden panels and epoxy floors.

Plastering works have been completed in the remaining three buildings. The external heating, water supply and sewerage networks are 100% complete. The internal mechanical systems are 96% complete. 34,000 m2 of air ducts and 6,000 m of fire-fighting water pipes have been installed. The installation of the gas fire extinguishing system has been completed by 95%, and tests are continuing.

The work on the electrical systems has been completed by 82%. Work continues on the installation of power supply systems, automation of fire extinguishing systems and a set of technical safety equipment.

The landscaping at the facility has been completed by 82%, and work continues.

The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2024.
