The construction of the new building of the Perm Gallery has been completed by 75%

The General Contractor LMS Group of Companies continues to construct a new building of the Perm State Art Gallery at a high pace.

The work on the site has been completed by 75%. Builders in the process of completing work on the letters O, N, C. We have prepared a video of the dynamics of the work.

Facade and roofing works were completed by 81%. The glazing is 96% complete, and the installation of composite panels is 16% complete.

The finishing works are completed by 60%. The work on the plaster installation, screed filling, installation of gas blocks and drywall has been completed. Finishing works have been completed in the basement. On the remaining floors, tile laying, putty installation and wall painting are ongoing.

The external engineering networks are 90% ready. Internal mechanical systems by 51%. 24,000 m² of air ducts and 5,500 m of fire-fighting water supply have been installed. Work continues on the installation of a gas fire extinguishing system.

The work on the electrical systems has been completed by 45%. Work continues on the installation of power supply systems, automation of fire extinguishing systems and a set of technical safety equipment.
