Construction of the Perm Gallery: summary results of 2023

Specialists of the general contractor of the LMS Group of Companies are continuing the construction of a new building of the Perm State Art Gallery at a high pace.
It should be recalled that monolithic works, as well as work on the installation of metal structures of the building, were completed in full in 2022.
In 2023, the general contractor's specialists performed the following types of work:
- the finishing works were completed in the amount of 60%;
- the installation of the glass facade was completed by 70%;
- the installation of the copper roof is fully completed - 100%;
- the device of internal engineering networks is 64%;
- installation of external engineering networks by 67%.
The overall progress of work at the facility in December was 71%.
The number of specialists at the facility is 519 people, including engineers.
